Engine type in 2006 civic

What is the engine type that is in the 2006 civic? I know the older civics had the dseries.

i think its the r-series. Check stamping on the engine.

DX LX and EX have the R18 i believe.

The Si has the K20z3.

Correct DX,LX,EX = R-series

Si = K-series
