Default CEL 43 help plz

Yeah, I'm throwing that code after my car is on for awhile...only SOMETIMES though, seems to be completely random...

Pretty much (but not exactly) the same problem as this guy has here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1680200

I have a '95 EX with the stock D16Z6 in it, nothing aftermarket was done outside of boltons (catback and CAI) except for POSSIBLY aftermarket injectors (was b/c the car didn't have injectors in it when I got it and the person found those and slapped them in before he sold it to me) - But I'm not even sure of those injectors are stock or not... I'm not sure how to tell...I was wondering if I could unclip it and look at it and see a number that somebody could recognize and tell me how many CC's it is..because usually it doesn't say the CC's on the side of the injector So could anybody clarify that if I unclip the injector there should be the # right there that I can read out and hope that somebody knows what CC's it is?

So I'm throwing this 43 CEL completely random, I have taken 2 hour trips w/o any CEL's, and I've taken 3 minute trips w/ the CEL on, so I don't get how it works... It seems to be completely random, or maybe since it possibly could have to do with the evap system, the ambient temperature is causing it to expletive up or something of the sort - I don't know...but that's the only thing that's left, supposedly the fuel filter was changed, I'ma go out on a limb here and say teh fuel pump and rail are working alright as there's no jerks in power or anything so I don't know what else is left besides the evap system, which I have no fu8king clue how to test for to see if it's running properly..

Blah, this sux, any feedback is thx

Using a meter and following the Helms troubleshooting outline, where does that leave you?

Have you put an O2 sensor in it. Other than bad ecu or bad wire, sounds like problem.

I haven't put a new O2 on it, don't have a Helms..why would u assume the ECU crapped out? Wouldn't I have more problems?
