hey i was wondering what is the best way to get under the hood if the latch is broke. i have to work on a car tomorrow that was in an accident and the hood wont open

Pull your bumper off, grab a flathead screwdriver. Manually hit the latch. Check to see if the ball attached to your release cable is just out of it's bracket, but if not you'll have to do it this way every time..

how are you sopposed to take the bumper off you can't get the hood up?

What do you mean the latch is broken?

The thing inside the car or the the piece under the hood?

yup get a jack unless you can reach under the car to the cable and pull on it and see if it pops it up

I would just cut a square pattern with an air chissel around the latch if the hood isnt any good
