Max offset for 17's (Stop-Tech releated)

Max offset for 17's (Stop-Tech releated)
Looking into Stop-Tech's, going to have to go 17's.
Currently running 15x6.5" Rota's with a 40mm offset.
By my calc's, if I go to a 17x7.5", I'll need a min of 27mm offset, or a 17x8" will require a 20mm offset.
If anyone is running 17's and/or Stop-Tech's, what size/offset rims will fit the R?
