MotoRex is the only place in the USA that can import and legalize any Skylines. I heard they patented the ability to do so.

You'll see 'em on eBay every so often. But no cheaper, and often a lot shadier.
If you checkout the Skyline forum over on www.freshalloy.com, Motorex hangs out there. Read through some posts, and you'll get an idea of how much work goes into them to make them legal over here.
