I need to attack some rust starting around the bottom of the rocker panel, Is there an easy way to remove that moulding (black moulding underneath the car between the front and rear wheels)?

I see screws and bolts for it under there but has anyone attempted to remove this?

after removing the plastic srews and stuff it should slide out(i think). I did this when I put my OEM side skirts (kit). follow the diagram.
