ITR gauge cluster help

I want to swap the my 1999 Integra Cluster for the ITR cluster. Is the swap just plug and play or are there some retrofitting involved?

i believe its just plug and play..if anything, you might have to switch the green film stuff on the back of the cluster to the itr cluster.

When I bought my 98+ spec it didnt plug and play on my 00 LS. When I took it for a ride the cluster was not working right. So I just took out the gauges from the itr and put them into my ls cluster. I think it was the green flim that wasnt working right. Also changed my miles to kilo.
