mounts and linkage question?

can any one tell by looking at these mounts if they are the more comfortable ones? I dont want to put drag mounts in my car and have to drive it every day?

i have hasport mounts in my hatch, i like em... my buddy bought so off brand mounts and his hood didnt clear his motor (b16) so he cut part of the hood support out... (kinds dumb but w/e)
you can always get new motor mount inserts if your buying used mounts
