Default 2.5 exhaust on d16z6

Hey I got a 2.5" exhaust from cat back off of his integra. I was wondering if i put this on my civic if it will increase airflow or will it hurt because it doesnt have enough back pressure.

Probably going to hurt your gas mileage, unless you have an allmotor d16z6. You will see minimal gains in the 6500 RPM+ range with an exhaust that big, which is useless on your engine

2.5 is fine. i had it on my car and it ran fine. it plus it was already there for me for when i went boost. its user prefrence. i would go with the 2.5, cause in the futer if you start building the motor then you dont want to have to change out your whole exhuast .

the bigger is not the better like everyone and their mom thinks - backpressure lost is also torque lost
