what kind of CAI do you have?
P0113 is a IAT sensor code
How is the O2 sensor hooked up?

It's an AEM long air intake, I guess the sensor is hooked up properly, i really don't know where it's location, as i said above could it be the exhaust what's causing this?
also, What is exactley the IAT and how should i fix it?
thank you

so the MAF sensor on the intake isnt hooked up then, because the AEM doesnt allow you to do it

The MAF sensor should be able to hookup on 7th gens, with an AEM cold air intake (long air intake). Nope, that was only 03-04, the AEM one will throw the code with the 05's. Check your primary o2 sensor, had same problem, and have talked to techs that say they replace hundreds of them. I think p0134 is that code.

If you made a full custom exhaust, then that may have fouled up the o2 sensor, had that problem with me, took 2 primary o2 sensor's to get it fixed.

As far as intakes, Fujita makes a CAI that will be compatible with the MAF, kinda sucks you were screwed having an 05 and not an 03-04. Or you can go back to OEM intake, its completely up to you. And if you wanted to, you could remove the intake resonator and achieve the intake growl w/o having to buy a whole new intake.

There is a primary and secondary o2 sensor on our cars. If im not mistaken (correct me if im wrong which I very well could be) that the primary o2 sensor is located on the hookup from the block to the header, and the secondary is located on the header to catalytic converter hookup. The p0134 code I think is primary, but again MooGoCow3 should know best, he is a trained tech.
