95 civci ex with skunk 2 intake manifold and skunk 2 66mm throttle body. My problem is when I come up to a stop light/sign my car idles high (2000-2500rpm) but if I tap the throttle a little (vs just backing off like normal) before the car comes to a stop the idle is normal. could this be caused be the different placement of the throttle cable bracket on the new intake manifold (making it stretch longer but it is still adjusted right I think) or possably the new throttle body having a stiffer spring to it. It is really anoying to say the least so any solutions would be helpful.
