90 Integra - Brake and Idle Problems????

90 Integra - Brake and Idle Problems????
I have had the fluctuating idle for a while now.
1. I have cleaned the IAC valve.
2. I have adjusted the FITV
3. I have sprayed all vacuum lines and intake manifold gasket with carb cleaner to see if the idle would drop. Nothing happend.
4. Sprayed inbetween the master cylinder and the breakbooster. Idle sputters and drop. This is my third master cylinder since I got the car in 05. Is there a seal that could have worn out?
I have also noticed that If I brake after hard acceleration the brake pretty gets really stiff and doesnt stop well at all.
I dont know what else to do. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks
