civic ex 93 fuel pump testing

Default civic ex 93 fuel pump testing

Is there a way to check to see if the fuel pump is working right with out taking it out of the car?...thanks for the info...

remove the fuel line from the fuel rail and turn on the key. if the ignition cylinder, ecu,relay and pump are working, fuel should have fuel coming out of the line. if not, you need to go backwards and find the bad part. you can also remove the back seat and manually apply power to the fuel pump and look for fuel.

He is correct, however please disconnect the battery before doing so. Also, to check proper LPH, they have a tester for that at Napa.
