Which way are the treadblocks supposed to point? On the right, they all point towards the rear of the car, and on the left, they point towards the front. I am ruinning down to my garage again to see if I can find an arrow on these things...anyone?

They are not directional tires. Just make sure the side that says outside stays on the outside.

as labeled on the tire, INSIDE and OUTSIDE are the only thing that matters. they'll always be going one way on one side, and the other on the other...doesn't affect directional stability that i can tell, car was fine around 130 at VIR.

Ross, I am confused. Didn't you wake me up at 1 in the bloody AM to ask the same thing?

What? You wanted to take a vote on it?

Sheesh. Next time you're going to take a vote, anyway, please don't wake me up.
LMAO

Just switched wheels/tires yesterday for CMP and noticed this. I looked for a directional arrow - none there. Just inside/outside, as Aleph says. Wonder if this would affect handling in the rain? Water would be channeled differently on the left side from the right side, no?

LOL, I wondered the same exact thing when mine arrived...
Okay so dont rip on me because its not an ITR, but here is the best pic I could find to show the proper mounting for azenis... and again as other said, there is no specific direction of rotation on Azenis but there only an outside and inside to the tread pattern. I dont think the water channeling will be noticibly effected by the azenis tread pattern differences when comparing tires on the left side of th ecar to the right side. (pic was taken from Usdm ED9 's post in DFH)

tires like AO32R ( ) and Nitto NT450 ( ) are rotational and these have an arrow on the sidewalls to indicate the proper rotation... these tires when mounted can only be switched from front to back on the same side otherwise they would not rotate in the proper direction to channel water...

I am tired so excuse my dork reply here.....
