Default b18a1 wont rev over a certain point prolly around 3grand

i just bought a 90 ef with a b18a1 swap and it wont rev over a certain point what can this be?

its in LIMP mode, check the ecu for codes.

lift up the carpet on the pass side floor (where the feet go) and count hte blinks that come from that little clear hole in the cover.

ok, when you first turn the car on (while watching this LED) it will blink once to indicate it has power and works, then blinks 6 times.? if that is the case code 6 = Coolant Temperature Sensor.

this is the trouble shooting for it
