Default Jdm wireharness vs Usdm wireharness

Ok here's the deal, im kinda a noobie in this stuff,.. but i just barely purchase a jdm 97 gsr longblock and need to swap it into my 97 Gsr. as i was checking out the parts..the wireharness is like completely different...so im stuck at what to do...i've talked to people and tried to research but no clue... i was told that i can use the Usdm wireharness..so i did..but there's some extra outlet plug that is unused..is that oK? will it pass smog?.. and where is those extra plugs going to?will it have any effect on the car? im so noobie at this stuff if anyone can help ..plz do so...

you do have to use the usdm harness. which couple of plugs are you talking about? i know that there is one on the drivers side canon plug that isnt used, but all the rest should match up. as for smog, if you use a usdm ecu, and have all the emmision parts on it, it will pass

well i think theres one on the intake manifold...on the back of the usdm manifold there's a sensor which i have no clue what it is...and there isn't one on the jdm motor so im not sure if i should just swap the manifold.. or should i just leave it hanging? is that the same as the one u are talking about?

First Link is about the sensor that i was talking about it's an extra outlet plug on the intake manifold of the jdm motor,

Also the last one is on the V-Tech selnoid, there's and inlet for the usdm but on the jdm there isn't one.
