Headlights, hood, bumper, fenders, front core support is different.

Why would you want a 01-03 front end on an 04-05, IMO the 04+ looks so much more asthetically pleasing. But thats just my opinion. But do what you want, its your car.

You'd need the Hood, Bumper, Fenders, Headlamps, Grille, and possibly some wiring modification for the different headlamps. If it is molded, doesn't that mean that he used bondo to smooth the transition from the front bumper to the fenders? If so, there's no way you'll be able to move it, without that bondo cracking. Also, it'd be a pain in the behind to sand that bondo down to stock height, then re-bondo the transition between the fenders and bumper again. I'd say it's not worth it, and that you should consider just getting a fresh kit. And, might I add a kit that doesn't look as gawdy as the Black Widow kit. I think the Accolade kit would look better, but that's me.

The Tsunami kit doesn't look bad, as well. You might want to give that a look as well.
