LEAN!! Car Goes Lean @ 4000+ RPM, TE Fuel Adj Not Working!!
HERES MY CURRENT TE MAP
http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic...s=f10

I thought I found the culprit to this problem earlier last week when I swapped out my adjustable B&M FPR.
Took me a while to get the car running flawless and perfect under vacuum and today I tried some boost tuning. Did a run that should have been nice and rich and the air fuels just climb rapidly after 3800 or so rpm
The motor is a d16a6, forged pistons and rods and a lot of headwork. T3 .60/.63 turbo pushing 15psi. DSm 450cc injectors, new walbro high flow pump, gm 3 bar
I figured I was maxing the injectors out and then I turned down the boost to about 7psi, went for a run and right at about 3800-4000 rpm again (4th gear) the air fuel on the wideband just started rising again. They hit 13:1 and I cut it
The fuel cells in TE are maxed 20.62 in boost, the air fuels still skyrocket
What could possibly be the problem?

wat kind of fuel pump are you using? if its stock maybe its not supplying enough fuel
edit: nm.
what kind of gauges do you have? fpr inside the car so you can monitor if fuel pressure drops? can anyone tell me what A/F ratios due when there is unburned fuel? does the wideband read rich or lean?

Kinda hard to get a fuel pressure gauge in the car isnt it?
Its just a stock regulator now
Need more help

thats not the problem though, because when i backed down the boost it still leans out at the same damn spot, gave it 30% more fuel and maxed turboedits cells out and it shows no difference in that area

I dont think its possible it could be my wideband either right? Like it reads fine when just driving around town, shows the correct numbers.
The number upto a certain ammount in TE will change when I make adjustments in TE, but once I pass 10 pounds on a light run, they just start going up FAST
I dont see what the problems could be though.
Updated original post with map Im running now

I see 2 things that may be the problem
1. maxing injectors.. u said a 10psi it starts to lean right??
2. gm 3bar. is it possible @ 10lbs the MAP is only putting out voltage that TE would expect @ 5psi?

I just downloaded TE about a month ago so Im sure its one of the latest
I dont know how I can check fuel pressure under load as I dont have a gauge
The TE cells are maxed though and they dont make adjustments, I doubt FP could fail like that
Also how do I check the fuel multipliers? No idea what that means
Yes the 3 bar option is checked aswell
Im also having an oil burn problem in the #3 cyl, dont know if that would possibly cause this...? I doubt it as the w/b only reads lean @ 3500+ and the car seems to burn a bit of idle when stopping hard for osme reason

Car goes lean still, fresh ng60 map made by xenocron hiself, ran it as a basemap like he gave me and I got a lean reading, maxed out the ceels and it stayed lean, no changes. Need some help
follow you fuel linr from the fuel rail to a little black can looking thing with banjo bolts, that the filter and i think there pretty cheap too
