Default Headers....Yes or No?????

Im getting Intake, Exhaust, Cam Gears, Clutch and an 8 LB Flywheel on my B16.

My friends are giving me these parts for free, so my question is should I save up for headers? Would it really release that much more power? Or should I just stay with the stock ones. My motor is a JDM B16a SiR-II.

Im also getting it taken to a Dyno for my B-day so they can adjust the cam gears settings.

But reasonably speaking for the amount of money I would spend ($350-$500) would the headers really make much more of a difference? Because If I would get them I would stick with quality, ex. DC Sports, Greddy, Etc.

Honda's have a header.. Only one head.

You will see a hp and tq difference from an aftermarket header compared to your stock header, depending on which header you choose will depend on how much hp and tq you will pick up..

I'd go with ANR.. Check out opsauto.com and check there's out.

Do yourself a favor and get a good header ($500+) A DC isn't going to give you a large gain.

i just got a $100 shipped ebay header and it gave me a little power, i mean on the *** dyno. i don't have any numbers, but it breathes better.

basically headers are headers, usually you're just paying for the name. if you want the best go for like TODA, or mugen or something, or hell go custom. i just got them few the hp and a half, but it will usually be a lot lighter, and could dispence heat better giving you better under hood temps

I'm quoting this because it's going in my signature.. ROFL

A Honda has a Header and four runners. Which they should be equal length for best hp and tq.

Take your dumbass to clubsi.
