Default Back from the Dyno(JDM H22)

Well i finally got it tuned after the swap, pulled 175HP and 144 TQ on a Mustang dyno, pretty pleased with everything knowing that a mustang dyno reads about 15% lower then a Dynojet, plus they didnt even tune the cam gears which is ok b/c there stock cams.sorry i cant post a pic of the graph ,no scanner.

Setup:
JDM H22
AEM CAI
AEM pullies
equal length header from Kteller.com
Test pipe
Tanabe cat back
Hondata IM gasket
Hondata s200 tuned

so assuming there is a 15% loss you made around 201.2whp and165.6ft/lbs without tuning the cam angles. Not bad

Congrats, I'm glad that you're pleased with those results. I'm considering getting the skunk2 cams, Hondata IM gasket and s100 unit added to what I already have.

not bad at all actually, my exhaust is a pretty quiet one (Tanabe Hyper Medallion) so it helps alot in keeping the tone down

numbers are looking good! what ECU did you go with for tuning? i want to tune my 98 in a few months, but i can't determine the best ECU for me. i read that the P28 doesn't control the IAB or knock sensor, but that you can wire a P28 to work the IABs. sorry didn't mean to thread jack.

There is no guestimating. You made what you made on the dyno your car was on.

by guessing 190-200 makes it seem like you arent happy with the numbers and by stating that you would guess 190-200 on a dynojet makes you feel better than all the other ludes with the same mods making the same power.

ok, i'm stopping posting til i see a graph

Like i said in my first post, im very pleased with the numbers.I dont have access to a dynojet in my area so i was just trying to everyone else an estimate of what they would be on a dynojet, ive seen numerous posts were people state its about 10-15% difference in dynos.Im not saying my car is better then anyone elses or makes more power because its not by a long shot.

I appreciate everyones posts , all i was trying to do is show my results, thats all

are those corrected numbers?

the only real way to know if it's "good" or "bad" is to do a before/after on the same dyno in the same conditions. a before dyno could have made 150whp. in which case, 175 would be "good" with those mods.
