Are H22 and H23 B-Pipes the same? tell me now

Are H22 and H23 B-Pipes the same?
I know the flanges on the b-pipe that connect to the cat are different on H22s and H23s. But is the flange connecting to the header different? They look identicle but I don't want to take it off for nothing. Help.
