Default Un-installing a VAFC-II

I bought my GSR with a VAFC-II already in it and I want to take it out. My question is, would this be something I should have a shop do, or could I do it myself? I really have no clue as to how to begin to tackle this, any help would be appreciated.

Well I want to make it a clean un-install, I'm looking for any way to be able to take it out without cutting wires here and there. I mean I know some wires will need to be cut, but I'd like to be able to take it out with all my original ECU wires intact and without old VAFC wires hanging around. I know it sounds ****, but it'll bug me if its sloppy you know?

do it yourself but take your time and do one wire at a time. you might need some extra wire and some heat shrink to connect back some of the wires. you could even solder the wires back together if you want.you can just cut the power, ground, tps and rpm signal wires off. but with the vtec and map sensor wires you gotta cut the wires going to the vfac then connect the wire from the ecu side back to the sensor side.
