Default APEXI WS catback FITMENT

I have heard from alot of my friends that the APEXI WS catback is OEM fitment cat-back only. So my problem is that I have a BUDDY CLUB rear bumper and was wondering would I have to fabricate or alter the rear bumper to fit the exhaust since its not the stock bumper ? And the hanger look as if it won't reach the hooks on the exhaust either, it believe its because the rear bumper low than the OEM rear bumper. Is there any way to alter the hanger to reach the hooks on the exhaust to mount it securely ?

Did you have problems with it when installing it ? I went to a muffler shop and the mechanic told me that the flange on the piping did not match up with the cat converter and the hooks could not mount onto the hangers. I bought my 96 Accord EX a year ago and it had this OBX muffler welded onto the stock piping and it make a really annoying bee sound that IAm hoping hte APEXI WS will cure it of. Can I go to the local hardware store and buy hanger to weld onto the APEXI WS CATBACK to make it hang onto the hangers ? I checked with APEXi to see if it was possible for a mistake in packaging but was assured that it was right and would be very rare of a mispackage. HELP ME OUT GUYS !
