Remove the center consel.... there are four screws holding in the shift boot... remove them... put on the new shift boot.... replace them.

if you look under the parking brake there is a little... i dont know what to call it... pocket thing... you pry it up and take out the screws. I dont remember but there might be a couple more screws at the front of the pannel... if there are thenyou have to take out the ash tray to get at them and other than that its self explanitory. If you have to take otu the ash tray like i thnk you do.. make sure you dont loose any of the little metal clips that hold it together.

i dont have a teg so im going by memory.

theres 8 screws that i know of that are holding the center console down.

2 under the EBrake
1 on each side next to the head unit, kinda where your leg is
1 on each side of the bottom of the armrest, where the center console meets the car
2 when u remove the ash tray

if it still doesnt come off then...find more screws

good luck

OK well i wanted to give you a better explanation so here is a link on how to take apart your consel to put in a stereo... but it still shows you how to take it all apart...

If your new shift boot doesn't come in a bracket to fit an integra here is how you make it work.
