ringing sounds from intake

ringing sounds from intake
ok so after i started my car anf turn it off i get this high pitched, ringing type sound coming from the intake area, very faint, can only hear it outside. sounds like its coming from the thottle body but i dunno. neone know? could it be why my car wont idle, and dies when theres no gas?
