Default b16 swap now engine boggs down

i swapped a b16 into my ef and i took it out last night for some fun. i rev-ed out each gear to about 8k and when i get into the next gear the engine would bog down for a second then come back. and that is the only time it does it. but also when just sitting in the driveway idling it has a little bit of hesatition in the throttle response. any ideas as to what is causing this and how i can fix it?

couple of things can cause this:
Check to make surew your o2 sensors are in the right place on your ecu. try reversing the plugs and test it out. Usually the culprit
Check your ignition/cap/rotor. Maybe it's not getting the right spark to set the fire in the cylinder.
