After a month or 2 of waiting. My SI has finally arrived. Dealer called me on Saturday to say it just came in. It had not even been dealer prep'd yet. So i took it for a quick loop to make sure it drove ok. The only fault I found was the road noise from the rear of the car was horrible. It was so loud it resonated!!! I asked my sales guy who I have been dealing with since I bought my 90 CRX Si new from(ya long time ago!!). He said it could prolly be from the tires pumped up so high from the factory. He said the MFG pumps them up to about 50psi for transport. Well that made a little sense to me. I have read a number of Civic boards and never have heard any complants.

Are these interiors really noisy?

ps. Car drove great! Nice brakes, handles great, nice looks, needs about 50 more hp..lol!!

 

Not like this helps much but my tires were at about 45psi when I bought my car.
