1991 Civic EX with Code Issues Running JDM b18c on OBD 1 P28 Hondata
OK, what would be the problem: I run a steady blinking light once I push the red button on the Hondata to give codes. The car runs rich and goes into limp home mode with poor idle control but holds RPM at same throttle position.
The plugs look OK, dizzy OK checked. Fuel pressure 40 psi w/ vacuum hose attached. Car does run Toda B cams.
Any ideas?
