Will these rims work on my 06?
http://www.sportmaxwheel.com/sportmax_962.shtml
I contacted someone about them and they said 18X7.5 comes with a +38 offset. Would something like that work for the front? Never recommended a size for the rear. If anyone has some suggestions on size for the rear please let me know.
Thanks in advance

That offset is not too good for the S2k. Here is a guide that can help:

I've been looking at wheels like that. . .but I want something that is 18" and has a polished lip (with some depth)
However I'm not good with wheel/tire/offset sizes. I was figuring I would be able to get a direct (you need this size with this offset) but everywhere I look it seems to be a grey area (nothing set in stone)

38 all the way around?
the wheel will stick up, the rear you can get away without running wide tire(again, why upgrade wheel and not tires), the front might rub if you making u turn
get some better fitting wheels, it's alot less headache down the road

What about something like this
Front: 18 x 8.0 +48
Rear: 18 x 9.5 +30
Or is something like that out of the question?
I'm planning on rolling the fenders, and I am looking for the edge of the wheel to be near/even with the edge of the fender.

Yes, they will probably rub unless you get some very skinny tires on the rear (which is dangerous in this car).
To give you a better understanding of offset, go to this link:
http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
I see in your sig you have an ap2, so your current wheel is 8.5" wide and has an offset of 65. Now put in the wheel you want (9.5" offset 30). The new wheel will stick out 48mm (nearly 2 inches). That will put an oem sized tire well past the fender lip.
Use the guide posted earlier...figure out what tire size you want to run...then look up the offset that works best...then find a wheel that meets the specs.
As someone mentioned earlier...selection is limited for the S2k. Based on the style you posted, take a look at the Volk TE-37. Available in gunmetal with polished lip. It will probably be impossible to find wheels with the right offset for the S2k with "some depth"...just the way the car is designed.

Those wheels are nice! I don't care what that other poster said! :D
Were you looking to put the gold wheels on your white AP2? That would look pretty nice IMO! I was thinking of a similar wheel, for my black AP2!
Gold looks nice on black and white if you ask me!

why bother to spend the money to "upgrade" something that end up screwing up the car's performance and safety? it might look nicer than the factory roller but does it worth the headache?
we didn't flame him because the rims is not jdm enought, we told him/her it's the best fitting wheels for the S. i don't know about you but i got the S because i like the way it handle and drive, to me, fashion follows function.
30 offset will not work, it will stick out like some lowrider, you have to look at the factory offset. get at least mid 40ish

I was really just refering to the wheel itself, not his choice of offset.
With the proper size wheel and offset, those rims would look really nice on any S2K......

Look into Enkei Wheels. ENkei makes a wheel just like that in a better offset They are non staggered though, but if you really like em, just run a staggered tire in the rear.

Wow, these are really nice too! Too bad they don't come in 18 x 8.5 for the rear!
