On my home from work today I ended up driving next to a gorgeous black NSX for about 20 minutes. We came to a light, were giving compliments to each other's car, when a riced out Del Sol (wow, it was ugly) pulled up in the other lane..

The look on the Del Sol driver's face was classic when he saw the R and the NSX...

"Hey nice car, Wanna switch for a minute?" Sometimes you meet the one guy who isnt a dick and would trade because he has a love for cars and likes to experience all kinds. I meet a guy with an S2K like this, now i drive it basically whenever i want. He loves my car, and i love his. Love moments like that! Drove with a Yellow NSX once like that, but the guy was too much of a ***** to look over..Like u didnt see the yellow car next to yours buddy!

He probably thought he was better than you because his yellow car was 50k more.

Some people need to relize it's not competition.

 

So true.

 

It isn't about who is faster or who's looks nicer when it comes to something like that. It is all about the shared passion...the common bond that we have, comprised only with a love for what we drive. It is a good thing...a damn good thing.

 

I like this thread. I get the same feeling when I watch The Natural or Sneakers. I'm gonna cry ::sniff::

I drove a supercharged one once. Feels like a smooth type-r.

Nice, I wish I could have moments like these...all I get are revs from ricers who don't understand...just because I drive an ITR doesn't mean that I like to race/drive fast.
