code 43. fuel supply?
What year accord?
Anyways, if it was a 95-97 accord, Diagnostic Trouble Code 43 may be a problem in the Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit, or a problem in the Fuel Supply System.
Since your car drives normally (i.e., no poor drivability problems), it more points toward the oxygen sensor, or a loose O2 wire connection.
It could also have just been an intermittant failure of the O2 sensor.

Most likely the heated oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. Usually if the car is warmed up and held at around 3000 rpms, and the CEL comes back, then the O2 sensor is bad.
