easy $5 fix
just go to the dealer and order the bolt
you need a 12MM deep socket to take the bolt out and torque the new bolt to 20 foot pounds

easy 2 min fix at most

I wouldn't touch them if they aren't giving you problems. Just replace the one that snapped.

I replaced all of mine with OEM bolts and they are different than what originally came on the car and I have already snapped two of the ******* in the head.

Default Re: BUY A TORQUE WRENCH

1st- Order new one at Acura/ Honda.
2nd- While waiting for the part to arrive, buy a torque wrench.
3rd- Buy a Helm's Manual from eBay (CD ~$6)
4th- Pick up new part from Acura/ Honda.
5th- Use Helm's and torque wrench to install new part.

P.S. Torque wrench and Helm's should be your best friends when working on your car, especially when servicing your engine.

it's your best bet to tighten those down with a screwdriver that has a socket attachment. hitting those with a wrench is risky because it's harder to get a good feel on the tightness, and you can easily snap one (as you did).

also, it's important to follow the correct pattern when tightening those down (shown in the helms). and only go partial turns on each at a time, while following the pattern.

Shouldn't be any different than my B17 part #:

90014-PR3-000 BOLT A, Head Cover $4.75 $4.04 (Online Pricing)

That price is per bolt.
