Hello, I reccently bought a B18B from hmotorsonline and I am putting it into a GSR shell that I have. Since that shell was from an auction, I need to have it inspected by New Yory State to apply for a salvage title. I think they will want to run the VIN# from my shell as well as the VIN# from the swapped motor. Do you think the hmotorsonline swap will come with a valid VIN# on it?

hmmmm you know what... i would call them and ask... ive bought a couple engines from them and its never come with a vin number... just the holes for the vin number.... but i think if you get the receipt it will be just as good no?

 

if its a b18b then it wont have a VIN b/c its from japan. if its a b18b1 or something like that it should.
