Default Homework for a b18c swap in a 92 DA

Ok i've been looking around here to get alot of information for my swap. Most likely what im going to be purchasing is the b18c complete changover from hmotorsonline.
Right now my car is AUTO. So im a little confused what to do with the hyro tranny. Do I first buy a cable pedal setup and buy the cable-to-hydro kit?

a 5 speed into a 92 auto? have fun!

seeing that its a 92 automatic and you want to put in a five speed. i would just sell the car and buy another 92 5 speed for cheap as most are and then put in your motor of choice.

i got a 5sp conversion for sale. you can run hydro clutch pedal, master cyl, and slave cylinder if you want a better clutch feel than the innovative kit.

I Got the car for a killer deal so by the time I sell it and buy another it wont be worth it.

just get the 5-speed cable to hydro kit, then shim the mount its self up a inch with som in thick grade 8 nuts the other 2 mounts will bolt up just fine. ive done a 5-speed swap on a 93 DA and i did the shim trick with the stock mounts.

i am aware of that, but the only difference between the auto and manual trannies in the da is the hieght of the mount from the tranny to the chassis(which is one inch) so all you really have to do is shim the hydro conversion moun up one inch.

the chassis mount brackets are different so that is why you have to shim the mount up

How safe is that?

if you increase the size of the bolts and get grade 8 nuts and bolts then you will be fine. i went about a year with no problems be fore i swapped my set-up into into a manual DA chassis
