Default Bogging/Hesitating

My car just started bogging and hesitating when I give it gas. The only thing I've done recently is replace the battery and battery connections. I also cleaned the engine bay with simple green, but covered my dizzy, battery, and intake. Anybody got a suggestion?

It's a definite lurching sensation. I donno, if I gas it I get shuddering. I'm not sure how to describe the severity.

Check to see if you got some water down in the spark plug holes! This would ground out your spark and cause your problem.

Good call There was water down there. I'm trying to get out of the house right now, but I can't figure out how to dry it out. I used a paper towel, but I was still hesitating. So now I've just got it all open up letting it air dry. Any suggestions on how to get all of the water out of there quicker? lol

I just used paper towels and a long screwdriver. Get most of it out and let the car warm up. It should finish the job.

Air compressor would work too.
