Troubleshooting: Engine Problems
Last night I cleaned my engine bay using Simple Green and water. I did not cover anything in the bay, but I was also careful not to directly spray the distributor or the battery. The car ran fine last night.
This morning on my way to school, the car feels like it "bogs down" when you press on the gas. If I'm just slowly accelerating, there's no problem. But if I shift and touch the gas (not much) it bogs down or if I get on the gas it'll bog down. By bog down, I mean it loses all power and has lots of vibration and makes a disturbing gurgling sound.
What's happening to my car? Need to fix it quick. Bad distributor, misfiring, water in the spark plugs, etc.?

its happened to me before....you just got some water down where the spark plugs are so when it heats up, the steam pressure builds up and starts popping off the spark plug wires...what i usually do is leave the car running to get it nice and hot then turn it off, pull off the spark plug wires and just let the water steam out
