Default Can you blow a headgasket and not leak coolant into the oil?

I'm having some overheating problems and trying to narrow things down. I already changed the thermostat and radiator cap, jumped the fan so it's on all the time, changed the coolant, and properly bled the system. Here is what happens:

*My car runs fine, normal temps when cruising and not hitting boost at all
*After I boost for like 3 or 4 gears the temp starts climbing
*Coolant leaks from the coolant resivoir due to too much pressure
*I try to cool the car down by turning on the heater, sometimes lowers the temp, but not for long.
*After it gets hot, I have to wait at least 30mins for the car to cool, and sometimes even after 30mins, a mile down the road, the car starts heating up again.

I have no milky oil, and the car is tuned. There are no leaks other than out the resivoir until after I have been boosting. My only guesses right now are Radiator, Headgasket, maybe water pump.

exactly what I was thinking..
put head studs in and a new gasket and you'll be good!
BTW: your head is lifting

its definitely head gasket +/- headlifting

get some arps and a new gasket and youll be set...

My setup last year was spewing coolant out the res. on the dyno and the solution was arps+new hg

i once cracked my head on the exhaust port side on my single cam and whenever i would be floored as the rpms increased so did my temp gauge but if i idle or drive normal it wouldnt overheat i had no signs of milky oil ect either just a boiling overflow. bring you car to a shop and have them pressure test your coolant system

It's a completely stock block right now. I have ARP's in my other block from my last car which is chillin in the garage.

Can I roll like this for a month or two? I'd rather get some pistons (Vitaras) and rods so I don't have to do it all over again later.

Just remember to keep popping off your cap, and filing up your radiator. I've driven months like that, twice actually. Once on the original 1.5 80 hp engine, haha, thats slow, and then again on my Y8, both NA and boosted. Finally got sick of it and swapped it. Don't let it get too hot though, my temp guage would be anywere from 200 - 215.

Everytime I drive the car I refill it. I think it lifted when the last guy had it. The timing on the distributor was advanced all the way...and I put the turbo kit on and then re-did the timing and found out it was advanced. Probably too late.
