Main Relay -- Are they universal from all MPFI honda/acura's?

Mine finaly went in my civic. It first started out, when the car stalled the pump wouldn't turn on right away. then it would come back after a few clicks of the key. then it came to. Once in awhile it wouldn't start. So i would have to wait a few mins, then the car would start. Then to... Smacking the relay a few times, turn the key a few clikcs of on and off. Then... finaly nothing... god damn it...
