Where can I find lower quarter panels at????
I'm in the process of completely redoing my hatch and I can't find a place that have rear lower quarter panels seen here...

There was nothing stupid about his answer. What you have typed makes it sound like you thought there were multiple pieces that constituted the rear fender(s) and the guy politely informed you that they were one piece. Say "bottom portion of the rear fenders" instead of "rear lower quarter panels" and I bet you won't get the same "stupid" answer.
And good luck finding these pieces, because I've only ever come across a few in my time playing with these cars. Sucks, but you might have to make your own.

if ur talking about what I think u r you have to cut it out..
What I did with mine was I cut out the section that had a rust spot the size of a dime (above the rear wheel well) and I cut a section out of my smashed hood, with some welding and hammering I was able to set it up, my friend's straightening it so it looks right and painting it - I'll be sure to post pictures since it went so well - but right now my friend is MIA and my car's locked in his shop
