Can i pass inspection under these circumstances.

I drive a 93 cx civic hatch with a b16a2. My budget exhaust recently fell apart and I threw the stock cx exhaust back on. I have a DC 4 to 1 header that bolts straight to the stock exhaust with no catalytic converter. Since it is a 93, they have to do a muffler test, is there any chance that I might pass inspection. Has anyone passed under these circumstances. Let me know, thanks.

not sure about texas, but no way you would pass in cali

Word..neither in NY. You should call them up and ask them.
