Default Wire tuck issue? Bogging in low rpm when warmed up

Ok so my car worked fine before the wire tuck. Now ive got everything back together. the only wires i had to extend were the passenger side headlight harness. now when the car warms up it boggs in the lower RPM. Ive cheacked all the plugs and sensors to make sure i hooked up everything. The check engine light doesnt come on. Has this happened to anyone before?
