exhaust piping size question

Default exhaust piping size question
I have a crx si with a stock d16a6. The engine has a CAI and a DC header. Should I get 2 or 2.25 inch exhaust piping?

im pretty sure they came with 2in but 2.25 will gain you more hp so i hear..

3" is WAYYYYY too big. 2" is fine, almost zero need for 2.25" piping. Only time you go anything bigger than that is if you are making power and FI.

I have 2 inch with a stock muffler I like it sounds good and its not a bern with the cops

A 3" exhaust won't hurt anything as long as the car is tuned for it. You do not need to be Fi to utilize a 3" exhaust.
