Default fuel problem

my man needs to know how to boost fuel pressure with OUT chipping the ecu? (fuel prss. regulator maybe???) has a cam in, and its running lean. 02 civic dx. (d17A1)

Custom fabbed returnable fuel system is about the only hope for a decent system on the EM. Even then, its not going to do much for performance, expeciall on the A1. Its overkill, inneffective, and unrofitable.

Save your money for a K swap, if you want to be able to do anything to the EM.
