There seems to be an occasional issue with the rubber used in the O-rings and the PS fluid that causes them to expand if the reservoir is removed from the mounting bracket after it has been exposed to fluid. This also occurs on Honda's own clutch fluid reservoir (which some have used in the past as a substitute reservoir for a PS loop setup).

That being said, the way the instructions are now written, there shouldn't be very much fluid in the rack, and only a very small amount should find its way into the breather. The reservoir is mainly intended as a breather and to catch the occasional few drops of fluid that work their way up the lines. It shouldn't be holding any fluid.

Of course, if anyone needs a replacement O-ring, simply contact me with your name and address, and I'll get one mailed out to you ASAP. These will be replacement US Brake O-rings, since they are the only ones I have available. Some may also wish to try some form of sealant (such as HondaBond) if they find that the new O-ring isn't functioning to their satisfaction for some reason.

If you decide you want me to send you another O-ring, please just let me know. I want everyone to be as pleased as possible with their kit.

Have you considered Viton O-rings for the kit?

That's a good suggestion. I will investigate them for future use.

Just wanted to chime in and say that I bought his kit about a year ago and haven't had any problems with mine. He shipped the kit out quick and it was very complete, I'm sure he would send anyone the extra o-ring like he stated.

Just didn't want anyone to doubt him as a seller, as I had a very good experience buying from him.

its only for a 94+ Integra the fittings on the rack would be different.
