Integra Type-R Transmission/Engine Mount Part Number?
Does resizing help you identify it? If so, tell me what numbers you need part numbers for, or go back to the Baranco site.

Is it #49 and all the associated bolts?

Correct.
That's the part that is beefed up on the Rs vs. the GS-R. It's cast one piece whereas the GS-R is a 2pce setup.
If you intend to run some of the big tube, custom headers out there, just ensure that you tell them it's for a TYTE-R and whether or not it will require the GS-R two piece brace or the R one will fit.
I imagine, one wouldn't have any difficulty finding a GS-R owner wanting to trade up for this piece
