jeesh... my is a royal pain
the other night i was out drivin with a bunch of my buddies and i take this one corner about 35 mph... it not a bad one... i have taken it at 80+ before... and out of no where my *** end kicks out and i spin... taking out a few garbage cans and scratching the hell out of my passenger side... i get out of there... my car drove aight but i could tell something was wrong... i pull off and a guy said my drivers side wheel is wobbeling bad... i jack it up and one guy grabbed it and shook... the whole assemble moved... guess what the damn frame ripped right off the car... frim the middle to the cross member to the end of the drivers side is no longer on the car! now i'm debating what to do with it considering i'm pretty broke right now
Well if you have insurance, and that happened in the accident, talk to your insurance, cause that may be considered "totalled" but im not sure.

my insurance won't cover it... and i don't need my rates to go any friggin higher... i'm already paying 135 a month with the minimum coverage no points and one accident... and my rate didn't increase from that either... i dunno how much it'll be to fix... the part it's self is 150 bucks from honda... the labour is what will kill me... considering they need to drop the gas tank and all
and that caused the accident... the deep scratches on the passenger side are the only damage from it

WTF???????? 150 for parts???? That doesn't sound like something major. What exactly broke? Was it the rear crossmember, or something in the rear of the car?
aight first off i wasn't racing... i wasn't even speeding... i had no one in the car with me... every one was in thier own car.... my rear crossmember ripped right in half and then the drivers side half of that ripped right off the unibody thus freeing my wheel to move how ever it pleased... causing me to spin yes thankfully i was on a back road and they were trash cans and not ppl but also that i was only doin about 35... the whole back interior need ripped out... the gas tank needs dropped and the suspension all need pulled off, the old spotwelds need to be drilled and the new cross member needs to be welded on if a shop were to do it its over 14 hours of labour which would put my car in the totaled range.. if i do most all the work its around 300-350 range
