Default JSRC problems

I've been having problems with my jackson racing supercharger and i need a quick fix so i can drive it home. My motor seems to run fine until it begins to boost. I was wondering if my car would be save to drive if i: bypass the FMU, remove my hondata ecu and replace it with a stock ecu, and remove the supercharger belt. Well my motor be able to get enough air through the compressor blades?

Sorry my post is in this section. I'm new and I was unable to post it in the turbo section.

I might be wrong, but when I installed hondata on my JRSC civic, I took the FMU off... If you are running hondata, you shouldn't need the JR FMU. If you take the belt off it wont boost and you'll still be able to drive it, but just don't floor it you wont boost.

More info on your car... Did it just start doing this? Did you check the belt?

Yeah, I'm using a program similar to hondata. There are a few other items that I need to by before I can remove the FMU. I'm running a stock b16 with the jrsc, that has been dino tuned. I'm currently running a very mild program due to stock fuel injector size.
I have posted my problem a few weeks ago and have received some great suggestions, new ideas would be greatly appricated cause I'm still having problems. My car is in storage and I need to move it soon.
My motor begins to sputter when it begins to boost. It feels like I have lost fuel or a spark plug went out. I have checked all of the spark plugs, fluids, belts, wiring, sensors, fuel lines, looked for boost leaks, etc. I have yet to check the FMU. I have recently heard that those go bad frequently. Has anyone else had this problem?
