Default Found low KM 2000 CW ITR for sale on Ontario Autotrader ...

Just thought I'd post this link up because it's rare to find an R with 44,000Kms.

This one looks to have "keeper" potential.

It is a bit on the pricey side though, but worth it if it's mint.

http://www.trader.ca/SendToFriend/Re...dToFri...46787

Edit*** I can't get a freekin link to work to the ad in the Autotrader .... maybe I'll do a print screen or something .... or just do a search for integras on the ontario trader for now.

I wouldnt pay more then 17$gs for that.

My buddy here in WATERDOWN,ONTARIO just last year sold his 2001 ITR with a HID JDM FRONT, front bridge seats , stock red rears, and only 30,000kms.. YES 30,000kms.. he still even had the STOCK tires with alot of tread left since it had aftermarket wheels..

It was in MINT condition... he sold it for $18,500 CAD. . now THAT car was COLLECTOR material!

I personally sold my 01 few weeks ago for $18.000...with an oem bodykit and only 90,000kms and maybe had like 4 phone calls during the whole time it was in the trader... and i was selln it for 4 months!!! nothing but a bunch of kids calling me, or dreamers.

Those guys asking 22-24+gs CDN for their ITRS.. DREAMERS!!!!

For $22k USD you can get a Subaru STi and run laps around an R in every category.

you probably sold it for 18k
because you put a jdm front. just because you threw a jdm front on, doens't increase the value, it actually decreases the value according to blackbook.
just to let you know, cause its considered "modified"

I can't agree more.

Any non original part reduces it's desire for a collector.

The amount you put in for mods will never return when it comes to sell the car.

Modifications are subjective to each person. It's easier to sell a non modified car.

Personally speaking if the car came equipped with a JDM front end; I would suspect the car as being involved in a front end collision and would avoid it unless I knew the owner personally.

Getting back on topic. The car in the ad looks like most ITRs, you'll have to check this one personally to see if it's worth the price.

Why do you feel sorry for the guy that bought my car? Since the last time you seen it, i replaced the whole interior with mint condition 00 black ITR front and back, (I recall you couldn't fit in a Sparco Sprint seat..) and i put on brand new Kumho tires and hawk pads all around

The car had a brand new engine with only 6000kms (Acura replaced under warranty from consuming too much oil) and runs like a champ..the car was flawless other then a little dent in the front fender and the front needing to be repainted... and the rims, and a new A\C compressor.

Regardless, the car ran like brand new and mechanically it was 110%

so dont talk **** after seeing my car for 10 minutes... have fun in your 00 banana.

And no, its not an ITR from the niagra region.

its the one where the original red seats were stolen the replaced with sparco seats?

anyway thats the one im thinking of.

the reason you didnt get much for your car was because it had a 'reputation' and everyone seemed know or think they knew something about it.

well the main reason to buy an 01 is for the red seats that they are known for, without them the car is not the same.

a dent assuming is small cost at least $100 to punch out at the dent doctor, repainting the front end is anywhere from $450-650, refinishing the rims is about $75 a rim ($300 for 4), a/c compressor is at least $700 plus install. You had RUST already in the rear near the emblem which will always come back to haunt you ($500 for body work), and not to mention your car was hit from the side.

Im not talking **** bout ur ride man, im just stating the facts....thats probably why it took so long to sell. The car needed to much work to buy it for $20000 thats just my opinion

The only reason why Matt sold it so cheap was that he was paying for it and not even driving it. He originally listed it for $24,000 but the monthly payments were eating him and he just wanted to get rid of it. The guy who bought it didn't even know about the front end. He said "why does the front end look different?" You're right tho, it was collector material as all R's are.

Don't take offence to this at all dude because you seemed like a nice guy, but I came to see your car .... North of Burlington right? I came with my parents in a black 05 RSX Type-S if you remember.

Your car was a disaster. It had a huge chunk out of the back bumper which was covered up with crappy touch up paint, huge rock chips out of the bumper and hood, rust was starting on the hood hinges and in random other seams, it was dirty inside and out, the engine bay looked as if it'd never been cleaned, the sparcos weren't even bolted in properly which damaged and scratched the stock sliders, the carpets were stained, it smelt like it'd been in a used car lot for years (that hideous citrus smell), the rims were chipped to ****, tires were on their last legs, and it generally looked like it'd been beaten the crap out of. I saw the car for 10 minutes and I'd had enough. I didn't even wan't to drive it.

Once again, no offence to you personally, you were very friendly and I appreciated the viewing and all.

Just glad you got rid of it .... for your sake. I hope you have fun with the STI ... I'm jealous!
