Default Idle Noise?

Guys, what does your ITR sound like with the stock pipe on idle, mine sounds like a London Taxi (not sure if you know what I mean) (Kinda rough as the taxis run on diesel) is this normal?

It's always sounded like this, there's nothing wrong right?

Thanks.

HUh? there's nothing more, it sounds like a diesel engine on idle, I wouldn't say it's spluttering but the engine sounds strange for this kinda car. Sounds like it dosen't belong, until you go to highr revs anyway.

Maybe Americans don't know what a Diesel engine sounds like......
It could be pinging or valve clearance...

when you first start it it varies sometimes above 1k and sometimes below, I've not really noticed what it idles at when warmed up, it should be 1k exactly right?

~800 or so once it is warmed up with nothing turned on.
