Depends on how much $$$$ you want to spend. Do you want a full street coil-over setup, do you want slip-on coilovers and upgraded shocks, do you want cheap crap from ebay, do you just want lowering springs??????.....it's something to think about before you buy.
Figure that when you lower the car, you'll need to get shocks that will stand up to lowering. So if you just want something subtle and not too low, you can get something cheap like 4-way adjustable KYBs. If you want something higher performance with more adjustability and more height range, get Koni yellow shocks.
Get some springs the height you want, and then get shocks to match.
Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm typing it with one hand and talking on the phone with the other. Anyway, the renowned adjustable performance suspension setup for Preludes is Koni Yellow shocks/Ground Control springs, which is what I'm getting soon.
